To simplify and speed up the process of acquiring customer documents, I designed iliad Planet, an app that connects seamlessly with the web platform. The goal was to remove unnecessary steps, reduce friction, and offer a smoother and more intuitive experience when submitting and collecting documents, ensuring consistency and efficiency across iliad’s digital ecosystem.
